Customer satisfaction is important to me, and I strive to create quality products that you love, and a wonderful experience for you or your child.
However due to the planning that goes into each of my classes or workshops, materials purchased ahead of time, etc. I cannot offer refunds on any purchases made for workshop tickets or classes. If you have a scheduling conflict please contact me and we can try to arrange a different date, or you can sell your spot (for a workshop) to someone else. If your ticket is sold to another individual please contact me and let me know their information for the event.

I hate spam, and never sell your information or e-mails. Any contact information retained is used to notify sellers of future discounts or shop updates. You can opt out of these e-mails at anytime.
